RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason or at any time you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange (shipping charges apply for exchanges outside the United States) for a full refund with a complimentary return shipping label. When sending a return, please include a note with your contact information, the reason for the return, and desired outcome.

US Domestic Returns

For your convenience, we provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. Please follow the below instructions to receive your shipping label and we will provide you with an exchange, a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 - 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.

  3. Select the order you wish to return an item from and clickReturn.
  4. Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

Sale items purchased during our Sale on Sale promotion, Black Friday, and Cyber Mondayare FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit without exception.
